Shipping and Payment
All originals are framed in a bespoke frame, behind crystal non-reflective glass, ready to hang.
If you would like to purchase an original artwork, it will need to be quoted for, as the price needs to include shipping costs to your location, please email me for a quote.
I either deliver original artworks personally, if feasible, or use a reliable courier which has served me well for years. Personal delivery is free within the London area or free if collected by you.

Payment is made direct to my bank account or via PayPal.
Delivery will be by tracked courier and charged at cost. Shipping is within 5 working days but delivery to you will vary from 1 to 2 weeks.
UK, US and International customers can pay in their local currency using Stripe or Paypal, either on this website, or by direct bank transfer.
Returns and refunds
I offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, please contact joshaigh@yahoo.co.uk in the first instance.
I will send you an email once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Unless damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item to be returned, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Privacy
Personal information and consent
When you purchase something from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect your name, address and email address.
When you browse my website, I receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address which provides me with information about your browser and operating system.
With your permission, I may send you emails about my store, new products and other updates.
Your personal information (to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery) will be added to my email list.
If, after you opt-in, you change your mind you may withdraw your consent at anytime by contacting me at joshaigh@yahoo.co.uk
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law.
Payment and security
My store is hosted by Squarespace which provides me with the online e-commerce platform to sell products to you.
Your data are stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general application. Your data are stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
